Wedding videography is cinematic and typically delivered weeks or months after your wedding. Wedding content creation is fast, candid, and designed for immediate sharing. Think vertical videos, iPhone-style clips, trending audio, and real moments—delivered within 24–72 hours.

Do you Replace a photographer or videographer?

Not at all. Wedding content creation complements your photo and video team. I work alongside them to capture additional angles, moments, and perspectives without interfering with their workflow.

What kind of content do you capture?

How will I receive my content?

How fast is the turnaround time?

Edited content is typically delivered within 3-5 days after your wedding. Raw footage is delivered within 24 hours unless otherwise noted in your contract.

What devices do you use to film?

I primarily film using professional mobile devices and stabilization tools to create high-quality, social-ready content that feels authentic, modern, and effortless.

Can I post my content right away?

Yes! That’s the whole point. Once your content is delivered, you’re free to post, share, and relive your day immediately.

Will you post on my social media for me?

Live posting is available as an add-on. This allows me to post stories or reels on your behalf during the wedding day. If live posting is selected, an additional assistant ticket may be required depending on the venue.

Do you work with my photographer and videographer?

Absolutely. I collaborate professionally and respectfully with your vendor team to ensure everyone gets the shots they need while keeping the day smooth and stress-free.

How many hours of coverage do I need?

Coverage depends on your timeline and priorities. Most couples book between 6–8 hours to capture getting ready through reception highlights. I’m happy to help you choose the best package for your day.

Do you travel for weddings?

Yes! I travel for weddings and events. Travel fees may apply depending on location and are outlined clearly in your proposal.

When should I book?

Most couples book as soon as they secure their wedding date and venue. Dates are limited, especially during peak wedding season, so early booking is highly recommended.

 

Is a contract required?

Yes. A signed contract and retainer are required to officially reserve your wedding date.

 

Can I customize a package?

Absolutely. Custom packages are available based on your timeline, coverage needs, and content goals.

What if my timeline changes?

I understand weddings evolve. Minor timeline adjustments are completely fine. Significant changes may require a package adjustment and will be discussed in advance.

 

What happens if you’re unable to attend my wedding?

In the rare event I’m unable to attend, a trained associate from Jen Content Creator Co. may step in, ensuring consistent style, quality, and coverage.

 

Who owns the content?

You receive full personal usage rights to your content. Jen Content Creator Co. retains the right to use content for portfolio, marketing, and educational purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.
